Regional IT Specialist, Sales Solutions

Job Summary

• Work closely with Company’s IT systems team to execute projects, enhancement, and production support.
• Involved in the full life cycle of projects, starting from requirement gathering to providing support after project goes live.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project schedule and deliverables.
• To support Front Office, Sales & Marketing teams' growing demand for digitalization and provide IT solutions to support revenue generation in the area of B2B & B2C.
• To work closely with stakeholders in driving the adoption, optimization, and iteration of the Salesforce/MSD (Microsoft Dynamics) platform, leveraging multiple integrations and technologies.
• Involved in the full life cycle of projects - support project teams for project implementation including requirement gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control, delivery, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Providing regular progress reports and status to project team, managing risk and related queries.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in IT and project management.
• Good working and learning attitude.
• Have good communication skill, meticulous and organized.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of computer systems, security, network, and databases.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in project management tools, Excel, Word
• Able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, user story, use case or similar diagram.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Technology or equivalent.

Job Description:

The Support Specialist / Engineer role is to provide technical support to our enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be deployed offsite and will be on a 5-day work week schedule. He/She will also be led by an experience core members as mentor from our team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system logs and activity on all servers and network devices.
• Provide fault resolution and escalation (Level 1 and 2).
• Ensure Industry best practices in IT are adhered to and can withstand audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation on networks and systems.
• Prompt service report as well as Routine maintenance report.
• To perform other IT related duties when assigned by the management.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience with on-site deployment, debugging and customer support.
• Communicate fluently in English - spoken and written.
• Resourcefulness, ability to problem-solve in a systematic approach.
• Good organization skill and able to work independently.
• Possess the right attitude to learn and execute with sense of urgency.
• 0-3 years of experience in relevant system and desktop support.

Technical Competency:

• Technical scope (Back-end) with strong system/desktop setup and debugging.
• Must have implementation skillset in AD, Hybrid AD, M365, Intune with NAC.
• Have managed 50 desktop environment before.
• Automated logging, usage report generation and bug reporting.

Education:

• ITE / Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology preferred but not essential.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Technical Certification (eg: Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, etc) will be advantages.
