Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Palm Resort, targeting key markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea, to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis of hospitality industry in Johor Bahru
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
- Work closely with residential marketing agencies and JV partner to establish the selling price of each room types leading to the launch of the residential project
2. Marketing Strategy
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers
- Utilise digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation, to promote Palm Resort in Johor Bahru, as well as the Pine Grove residential project along Ulu Pandan
- Collaborate with the marketing team of JV partner to create compelling promotional materials and content for Pine Grove residential project
- Involved in the preparation and development of the show gallery for the Pine Grove residential project
- Work closely with residential marketing agencies and JV partner to develop sound marketing plan leading to the launch of the residential project
3. Market Research and Insights
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes
4. Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience for Palm Resort
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives for Palm Resort
- Work closely with JV partners on the sales and marketing efforts for the Pine Grove residential project
5. Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Analyse key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Analyse consumer preferences and demographic data to tailor marketing strategies for non-landed residential project accordingly
