Demand Generation Strategy (approx. % of role breakdown – 25%)​

• Working with your segment-focused marketing managers and sales consultants, support the creation of a demand generation strategy that meets regional targets​.
• Researching prospects, target personas, and segment landscape to assist with lead scoring and account-based marketing​.
• Building prospect lists of who you will be targeting, using business development tools​.
• The strategy you build should be defined by clear KPIs and a ROI. Specific campaigns that are built and delivered as part of your strategy should have trackable metrics and align with your overall strategic objectives​.
• You will own data management for prospecting and be a crucial part of the demand gen meetings to review top of the funnel activity and how we are performing against targets​

Demand Generation Delivery (approx. % of role breakdown – 60%)​

• Delivery of holistic demand generation activity, outbound and inbound lead generation​
• Managing your prospect lists, building, and executing campaigns within lead generation tools​
• Qualifying all leads and creating opportunities that are a good fit to be passed to Sales Consultants based on agreed criteria​.
• Follow up with Sales Consultants on opportunity created and take it as an opportunity to learn and reframe (why we win/why we lose)​

Segment Research (approx. % of role breakdown – 15%)​

• You will endeavour to stay up to date on the industry and businesses within your segments.
• You will assist with any segment research into areas such as industry trends, ​latest developments, etc that will assist with developing sales leads​.
• As segments and propositions become more clearly defined, you will assist with researching prospects in future segments for viability in terms of potential prospects​

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

THE ROLE 

As our Marketing Lead, you can choose to work on-site at our Singapore office or remotely, with occasional travel to Singapore as needed. In this role, you will spearhead our global marketing efforts to expand Digify’s presence and engage key audiences. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across product marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and social media. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

• Develop and refine a global marketing strategy for Digify. 

• Lead and mentor a team of three marketers to execute the strategy effectively. 

• Establish and track marketing KPIs, ensuring objectives are met consistently. 

• Deeply understand the Digify product, its users, competitors, and market dynamics. 

• Create compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Digify. 

• Identify new opportunities to reach key markets and expand market share. 

• Manage lead acquisition funnels and nurture prospective customers. 

• Leverage data to inform evidence-based marketing decisions. 

• Develop and execute targeted campaigns to accelerate growth. 

• Regularly review and optimize marketing strategies for continuous improvement. 

• Plan and manage quarterly and annual marketing budgets, collaborating with finance and leadership for alignment. 

• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to implement effective sales enablement resources. 

• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the SaaS sector. 

• Near-native or native-level proficiency in English (spoken and written). 

• Proven success creating and executing growth-focused marketing strategies. 

• Strong understanding of lead generation, content marketing, and social media. 

• Experience managing a small marketing team, fostering professional development and performance management. 

• Demonstrated ability to position and grow SaaS products globally. 

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Willingness to travel to Singapore on occasion if working remotely. 

As the Influencer Marketing Lead, you contribute towards driving engagement with our brand target audience, the Fashion Aspirer; ultimately leading to a str5onger brand and increased sales within the East Asia region. Working towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work, you are responsible for planning and implementing all influencer marketing activations to drive the engagement layer, ensuring seamless adaptations of global strategies to cater for local market preferences. You work closely with the full Sales Market team, ensuring seamless adaptation of global strategies to cater for local market preferences to oversee end-to-end planning and fulfilment of the engagement layer, working closely with stakeholders to identify and plan always-on and key campaign activations. You drive engagement in relevant social channels with the Fashion Aspirer and integrate H&M into key cultural moments.

You have a passion and in-depth knowledge of the creator landscape, particularly in short-form platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels. You understand influencer ecosystems and follow digital/social media marketing trends. Most importantly, you know how to leverage cultural insights and develop campaigns that will embed the H&M brand into the conversation. Being an exceptional leader, you have strong stakeholder management – collaborating with external agencies, internal functions, and local sales market teams according to H&M values, standards and policies in collaboration with the global H&M Strategy & Planning teams.
