Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree as a qualified lawyer with at least 5-8 years of Post Qualified Exprience in related legal experience in a law firm or in-house
• Deep knowledge and understanding of insurance laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks in Singapore
• Familiar with Labor, Commercial, Data Protection, Corporate Governance Law.)
• Provide strategic legal counsel and advice to Management and business units on various legal and compliance matters, including insurance law, corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, data protection and litigation matters.
• Acting as the company's Data Protection Officer, ensuring internal approvals, corporate governance, and compliance requirements are met. Support efforts to maintain data privacy compliance, including implementing the data privacy plan, drafting and reviewing privacy related policies and SOPs
