About The Job

1. Content Marketing:

• Manage the company's blogs, social media platforms, and websites.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of the company's Intranet.

2. Paid Marketing and Advertising:

• Assist in executing paid marketing and advertising promotional activities.
• Participate in social media advertising, Google Ads campaigns, and Website Display banner ads.

3. Marketing Content Preparation:

• Contribute to marketing content creation through copywriting, design artwork, and print material preparation.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional teams in various stages of marketing campaigns.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination to meet campaign objectives.

5. Event Organization:

• Assist in organizing marketing events, including face-to-face events, webinars, and exchanges events.
• Coordinate logistics and contribute to event planning and execution.

6. Administrative Support:

• Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements and Skills:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a business-related field.

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to support the marketing team in carrying out the brand's communications objectives. As a marketing communications intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing and assist with a variety of tasks that help to reach the brand's marketing communications goals. The position supports markets in South-east Asia, India and Australia that the group operates in.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the marketing team in the implementation of marketing communications strategies
• Support the marketing team in the timely response to all queries from the media, individuals and other organizations
• Support key brand initiatives and events in planning and execution
• Analyze media coverage and provide timely P.R. reports on each market
• Monitor and report competitor activity and relevant industry trends

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in a marketing, communications or P.R. related field

• Assist the team in pre-preparation of all projects
• Assist in executing events with the team on the actual day in a smooth, professional, and fast manner
• Support in all Marketing matters promptly and professionally
• Support department administration work, such as application and filing of files, printing, and organising of communication materials
• Support ad hoc duties, as directed by the Manager or General Manager

Requirements

• Strong interest in the music/entertainment industry and possess some knowledge and interest in music trends
• Good disposition, interpersonal, meticulous and detail-oriented
• Possess a keen attitude to learn and is comfortable working in a diverse and dynamic environment
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro and other video editing software will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
• May require working long and irregular hours, including weekends, during the event period
