Job Description:
· Handle start to end order processing i.e. from order entry to invoicing;
· Monitor shipment schedule and update internal sales and/or customers with shipment statues;
· Manage customer feedbacks and requirement;
· Assist in customer returns and replacement;
Job Requirements:
· Min Diploma qualification or above.
· Min. 1 year Experience in industrial customer service;
· Independent, self-motivated, take initiative to finish jobs according to instruction;
· Team work; Integrity and responsible personality;
· Bilingual in English and Chinese;
