Join us if you are a data-oriented and self-motivated individual, with a passion for health and digital marketing. You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in planning and running large-scale integrated marketing campaigns, with an additional focus on social media management and advocacy.  This position reports to the Assistant Director, Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities will include:

• The development and end-to-end management of innovative and performance-driven integrated marketing campaigns to drive set KPIs.

• Spearheading HPB’s Social Media Employee Advocacy Programme, working closely with internal stakeholders in Corporate Marketing, Corporate Communications, Human Resources and Programmes & Outreach teams to contribute to build a unique and differentiated narrative on HPB-owned social media channels.
• Monitoring and reporting on social media metrics and trends, aligned to the board’s strategic objectives and priorities.
• Managing designated vendors and community managers on day-to-day basis.  This includes ensuring compliance to social media content policy and guidelines; assisting to draft responses within the required SLA terms; Providing hands-on support in the event that POFMA is activated
• Administrative duties including procurement, budget monitoring, business reviews of third-party vendor partners etc.

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively drive collaboration across internal and external matrix teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, navigate complexity and perform under pressure.
• Strong project management and budget management skills.

• Functional knowledge of social media marketing, expertise in data and technology solutions, marketing and social technology, and partnerships.
• Knowledge of content management systems is preferable.

Established in 2001, the Health Promotion Board aims to empower residents in Singapore to attain optimal health, and to increase the quality and years of healthy life. To achieve this, HPB drives national health promotion and disease prevention programmes, spearheads health education initiatives and creates a supportive environment where healthy lifestyle options are accessible to enable healthy living every day.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with a flair for crafting good content and copy and possess a deep passion for all things digital.  The primary areas of focus include but are not limited to:

Content Management and Governance

• Develop and implement creative content strategy with a focus on customer-centricity. Previous experience managing omni-channel marketing campaigns and content management systems will be advantageous.
• Stay abreast of best practices on website management and provide leadership to direct reports and peers to ensure compliance to content creation, audit workflows, editorial guidelines and search engine optimisation (SEO).
• Lead the development and management of HPB’s corporate website, HPB’s content management system and related API to support its content distribution strategy. 
• Work directly with IT and non-IT stakeholders to maintain and update website content, monitor and optimise website performance; and manage the site’s functionality and appearance.

Social Media Management and Governance

• Provide thought leadership and oversee HPB’s social media strategy and guide its designated social media agency in areas of content planning, content production, community management, metrics reporting, and channel optimization.

• Develop and implement a clear brand identity for HPB and uphold its online brand presence and reputation on all social media channels.
• Guide and influence marketing peers in the development of effective, engaging and compelling communications for social media channels.
• Mentor and guide team members and colleagues to ensure compliance to prevailing community management policy and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a proven track record. Significant functional experience working with the latest web and mobile development technology, content management, digital marketing, marketing analytics and delivering customer-centric & personalised experience via digital touchpoints.
• Proven familiarity with Sitecore CMS would be highly advantageous.

• High energy, resourceful and tech-savvy.  A creative and critical thinker who exhibits intellectual curiosity about marketing technology and innovation.
• Collaborative attitude with strong inter-personal skills to build relationships with cross-divisional teams, present to senior stakeholders and interact confidently across the organisation, as well as with external stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Strong team management skills and ability to direct team members effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational, project management and executional skills are necessary to manage multiple high-profile projects in an agile manner and achieve success.
