JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Partnerships Senior Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the management of strategic partnership (SP) and its marketing initiatives for Thomson Medical Pte Ltd and its associated subsidiaries. This role will effectively pull through all sales, marketing, and SP engagement activities, to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective Strategic Partnerships, to achieve growth and create value for all parties. This role requires a can-do spirit with excellent communication skills, keen eye for details, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for assigned partnership accounts, marketing, and engagement activities that drive awareness, enrolment, activation as per SP marketing contracts
- Set goals, identify priorities and eliminate redundant activities to increase sales
- Oversee the performance of initiatives to ensure the feedback, process and measures are well documented
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and success
- Manage Marketing strategy to drive Win-Win outcomes with SP
- Manage and lead discussions with creative, other agencies on all the content, marketing materials required for SP initiatives
- Liaises with internal and external parties to ensure all SP messages are aligned with Thomson brand guidelines
- Monitors industry trends, tools and customer insights to stay current and competitive
- Track and analyse program performance and KPIs to ensure business goals are achieved
- Develop high-impact, integrative marketing solutions and communications strategies aligned with business goals and customer engagement, to drive Win-Win outcomes with SP
- Uphold the corporate profile and branding of the organisation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Finance, Hospital and Specialist Clinics stakeholders; and external partners and vendors
- Measure and report performance of all marketing activities against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Supports the department in managing profit & loss of Strategic Partnerships, including managing budgets and tapping on existing resources within the group to deliver business growth
- Undertake any other initiatives, new business or tasks as assigned by the reporting Manager and/or HOD
REQUIREMENTS
- Marketing or any related discipline.
- Min 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or partnerships
- Experience in agile working environment is preferred
- Experience in healthcare or banking related industries is desired, but not necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills is necessary
- Excellent command of the English language with strong writing, speaking and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking and project management skills
- Energetic, driven, adaptable, has good initiative and is able to multi-task and cope well when working under pressure and against tight timelines
- Meticulous with details and able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with different levels of staff within and across institutions
- Able to multitask and adapt quickly to changes
