We’re looking for a self-starting professional with managerial experience and a proven track record in sales with extensive knowledge and network of substrate business.
This person plays critical role bridging HQ in Korea and regional office for driving sales and marketing activities and advising direction of the business communicating closely with key customers as well as multiple levels and cross the functions in the Company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all sales activities leading and meeting sales revenues.
He/she has to create new and maintain close relationship with key strategic partners and gather market intelligence and analyse current market and competitor’s situations. He/she also oversees all marketing and communications initiatives in line with the HQ, Korea’s mission and business principles.
Besides managing the department's budget, he/she plans training for the sales team. He/she has to work cross the function and department to resolve any operational issue/challenges.
o Lead Sales &Marketing Organization in line with Company’s direction
o Research market and develop strategies to maximise sales revenues with negotiation policies and limit
o Evaluate product/competitor/market situations, create action plans and analysing trends and provide solutions
o Analyse, set and achieve KPI & Sales target
o Lead new business development and drive with the team
o Report to Management (including C-level executives) and participate in strategic meeting and lead sales or related meetings
o Manage team’s performance by employee engagement including counselling, staff planning, monitoring and performance evaluation
o Maintain team by recruiting, selecting and training
o Executing management directions and procedures
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- 12+ years of experience in sales including leading business development of sales & marketing in Semi-Conductor or Packaging Industries
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong set of ethics, principles of right conduct and moral values
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills
