ACROSS THE REACH NETWORK

• Support other schools within Singapore and South East Asia to continue to understand and implement the Reggio Approach
• Build and manage a working group / advisory group for the REACH network
• Provide opportunities for the network members to grow and learn / construct, arrange, organise professional development sessions, conferences for REACH
• Communicate with REACH Network - Ensure we are visible and accessible as a network across Singapore and the region – social media
• Facilitate meetings and provide opportunities to connect within the Network, encourage projects
• Coordinate with Reggio Children and other networks across the world
• Welcome and host Reggio Children and Network members when they visit Singapore
• Work closely with the relevant teams on the implementation and delivery of events and projects undertaken by REACH as part of the network
• Support the development of content assets for REACH such as the website, social media platforms, marketing materials etc.
• Support with the development and organisation of conferences and exhibitions within the region

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• A full understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach and its application in different settings
• An ability to implement the Reggio approach in the classroom to demonstrate the benefits of the approach
• An understanding and empathy with the complexity of other pressures faced by teachers when engaging in the Reggio philosophy
