We are hiring a Regional Market Data Sales Manager for the South East Asia Region with good OTC market data product knowledge and excellent analytical skills to continue to develop our suite of data products and support our Global, Regional and Local Clients.
The successful candidate will report to the global head and work with clients, sales and analytics teams to analyze requirements, design products and deliver and maintain published data sets. This is a role with specific KPI’s but working within the regional and global data development and sales business of TraditionData.

Obtain actionable feedback from clients on data requirements, functionality and use cases.
Create go-to-market strategies to position and sell speciality data
Manage product life cycle
Understand user pain points for existing data and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
Keeping up to date on current market trends & changing regulations that impact data requirements
Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
Assisting sales teams in education and presenting market research
Work with marketing team to position company and product to the market
Communicate clearly and concisely with other stakeholders on client and product requirements
Job Requirement
Degree in Business/Finance and/or equivalent
At least 5 years of related working experience in the financial services industry and experience in handling clients in the South East Asia Region.
Experience in managing sales staff.
In depth knowledge of financial market data products & broking landscape
Strong written & oral communication skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to swiftly understand need and assess commercial solutions.
Able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines across both tactical and strategic initiatives
Highly energetic and motivated
