We are looking for a Cyberscurity and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join us (the employment contract will end on 31 March 2026).

You will be working on:

• Responsible to develop, setup and maintain large scale log ingestion cloud infrastructure.
• Responsible to handle the log ingestion workflow from Subscriber till backend SOC.
• Develop automation for end-to-end log ingestion processes to facilitate scalable ingestion infrastructure and provide better Subscriber experience.
• Develop and maintain custom log parsers.
• Monitor and respond to incidents for the cloud infrastructure and log ingestion system.
• Provide consultancy to Subscribers and their contractors on their log ingestion matters.
• Assist Subscribers on-site to setup and troubleshoot their log management system, ensuring
• their log are successfully being forwarded to the SOC.
• Engage stakeholders and enhance operations to improve on the log ingestion workflow/pipeline.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Cloud Infrastructure Engineer or Cloud DevOps Engineer on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience with IAC deployments and it’s best practices
• Good to have knowledge on Node.js, Python or other scripting languages
• Good to have knowledge and experience on GitOps
• Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for improving operations to ensure the system are secure and resilient.
• Self-motivated, driven, and possesses a strong aptitude for continuous learning.

This role reports to the VP, Global Operations and Networks Payment (with a dual dotted line reporting into the VP, Commercial & Money Movement Solutions, Client Services AP and to the VP, Visa Direct AP).

The Director, AP Operations and Payments Network is responsible for leading and developing multiple teams across the AP region, including Payment Operations, Client Support, Service Management, Implementation Management, Partner Service Management, Payment Application Support and the Payment Operations Command Centre.

Reporting to the Regional Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and securing profitable growth with the assigned customer accounts in the Marine Division in line with the South East Asia Sales Company targets and objectives.

As Pre-sales experts, our Sales Engineers are accomplished at dealing directly with clients, along with international colleagues, to help secure results for a global, market leading listed company (NASDAQ: MSTR).
