The Lead of the Assessment and Special Projects team will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of assessment management within the Undergraduate Studies Office at NUS Business School. Perform secretariat duties for Department and Committee meetings:

Responsibilities

Assistant to CEO

· You will manage the CEO’s calendar ensuring that external appointments and internal meetings are scheduled ahead of time bearing in mind time zones and public holidays across countries, and changes are managed to minimize disruptions to all concerned. Office Management

You will be responsible for several areas including:

· Ensuring office equipment in common areas and meeting rooms are always fit for use.

This position is responsible for Project Development and Facilities Management of the workplace (research and office), aligned with A*STAR?s strategic goals in research.

The job scope encompasses project development and manage project life-cycle from space/concept planning to building facilities which are of quality and incorporated smart features. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Discharge the duties of a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) in accordance to the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and the WSH (WSHO) Regulations.

· Develop/implement WSH management system and risk management plans pertaining to the research and general activities in the workplace.
