- Mon to Fri (9am to 6.15pm) and once a month Sat (9am to 12pm)
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on new customer inquiries and confirm orders on behalf of the MD.
- Communicate with customers, make outbound calls, and follow up on leads provided by the MD.
- Manage customer inquiries, gather feedback on product samples, and direct to relevant departments.
- Generate sales reports and quotations.
- Coordinate export shipments.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the MD.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, Food Science or related
- Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred
