We are seeking a responsible and skilled Class 4 Driver to join our logistics and moving team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling heavy vehicles, ensuring the safety of goods, and maintaining high standards of service.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the moving team in packing, moving, loading, and unloading items.
• Safely transport goods and ensure vehicle integrity during transit.
• Ensure the vehicle is returned to the warehouse after completing trips.
• Perform regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
• Adhere to safety protocols during goods handling and transportation.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 4 driving license with sufficient driving experience.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems for simple operational tasks.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to $3,000 basic + variable bonus.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 3pm).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide personal assistance to the Founder and administrative support to the Director

• Manage calendar, travel arrangements and expense claims
• Organise internal and external meetings, taking minutes as required
• Assist in planning and coordination of events
• Handle correspondence with government agencies, partners and vendors
• Oversee office management duties
• Optimize electronic and paper-based filing systems
• Assist in record keeping legal and historical database
• Maintain policy and procedures for Corporate and Brand
• Assist in brand management, includes website and collateral update
• Maintain all requirements under CPE's Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) and EduTrust certification to ensure regulatory compliance
• Be involved in special or other ad-hoc projects as required, as well as miscellaneous tasks

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Possess a Diploma in Business or Personal Secretarial Certificate or equivalent is preferred

WORKING EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years secretarial experience serving management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

· Excellent command of both spoken and written English; similar grasp of Mandarin would be advantageous

· Ability to multitask and be flexible to changes

· Work independently
