Position: Office Administrator and Personal Assistant
Location: Singapore, Near Paya Lebar MRT
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing office administration tasks
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Invoicing customers and following up on payments
- Liaising with clients, service, and installation teams
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with meeting discussions and client follow-ups
- Multitasking and managing various responsibilities efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration and personal assistant roles (3-5 years preferred)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High level of self-direction and motivation
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related fiel
Salary Range:
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. The average salary for similar roles in Singapore ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 4,500 monthly.
