● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing) to address customers’ issues

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop static and motion graphics, animations and videos for a wide variety of cmarketing collaterals, from campaigns to assets for social media and websites
• Able to conceptualize, develop and execute interesting ideas for marketing projects
• Support Graphic Designer in the design adaptations of any marketing materials online and offline for multiple brands

Position: Reservation Sales Executive

• Working days & hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri 8:45am – 5:45pm
• Salary: $2300 - $3000

Requirements:

• Process Diploma or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry, specifically handling FIT/Group/ MICE bookings.
• Proficient in using reservation systems and travel-related software.
• In-depth knowledge of FIT/Group/ MICE travel trends and requirements.

Job duties:

• Process reservations for individual travelers, groups, and MICE events with accuracy and efficiency, promoting sustainable travel options.
• Partner with eco-friendly accommodations and tour operators to offer sustainable travel packages.
• Educate clients on sustainable travel practices and the importance of responsible tourism.
