An effective workflow and process transformation leader will likely come from a leadership position in hospital operations, healthcare IT professional services or healthcare consulting background. S/he will be equally comfortable talking to both front-line care givers as well as the C-Suite to drive big changes in clinical practice supported by digital health.

Description

• Senior leader responsible for ensuring outcomes and impact of digital health solutions are realized and quantified
• Perform as-is and to-be workflow analysis
• Lead definition of key performance indicators for solution baseline performance and impact
• Analyse factors that drive process performance
• Identify and manage stakeholder groups to target to change systems and processes
• Act as independent advisors to PHIs to create a shared vision around to-be process and mobilize commitment to change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Related Field
• 10+ years of experience in hospital operations management or consulting
• Track record of multi-stakeholder, multi-institution change management
• Define and lead measurable quantifiable parameters with respect to current vs perceived change.
• Experience in measuring return of investment measures on software projects, ideally in healthcare setting
• Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, etc)

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Skills on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Experience with cloud infrastructures, migrations, and technology management preferred, AWS Certifications
• Preferred Cloud Specialization
• Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: Expertise of cloud infrastructure solutions (i.e. Windows and Linux IaaS, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation Networking, OSS) would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Ensure all configuration conforms to performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment
• Ability to codify or implement/deploy configurations with the principles of automation by default in new projects with proper documentations
• Ability to codify or maintain cloud systems in an automated fashion using tools like Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform etc
• Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects in providing technical expertise in cloud operations and administrations
• Participate in Cloud Migrations for VMs using tools like Cloud Endure
• Collaborate with team members to engage clients in operational meetings, discussions, process betterment and contribute to optimizations for the client’s environment

As the AVP, Commercial Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that establish Abaxx Exchange as a thought leader in the financial industry and ultimately drive the commercial success of the organisation. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, observe industry trends and analyse the competitive landscape in commodity and financial markets.

• Assist in planning and tracking marketing budget.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of financial markets, products and regulatory frameworks is helpful
