Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Systems and Infrastructure Administrator to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring they align with organizational guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will also support testing, evaluating, and implementing system enhancements to achieve the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and alignment with SOPs.

• Collaborate with various teams to test, evaluate, and develop system designs for effective implementation.

• Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

• Ensure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability and reliability.

• Evaluate existing systems and provide technical direction for improvement.

• Plan and implement system automation for enhanced efficiency.

• Optimize workflows and manage risks in projects to meet stakeholder requirements effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proficiency in scripting and programming.

• Solid experience in operating systems and networking.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) are a plus

Job Responsibilities

This is a 5 months contract role for maternity cover.

• To be responsible for all daily incoming mails/correspondence into the Sales department.
• To attend to the administrative needs of the department. To accurately type reports, letters, memo or fax documents assigned and to do filing and maintain an effective filing system.
• To attend to all phone enquiries to the best of ability. To assist guest/clients on the phone with the necessary information or/and direct/channel them to the manager in-charge.
• To arrange for all such brochures, promotional articles to be sent out on a timely fashion. Monitor stock level of the Sales Press kit, ensuring that there is sufficient stock in the store and raise requisition whenever the need arises.
• To send out brochures and promotional articles to clients.
• To ensure that the timely and accurate preparation of regular reports on sales and marketing or activities/events relating to Sales & Marketing.
• To update confirmed events and usage of function rooms as penned and scheduled in the register.
• To prepare and distribute event orders on a daily and bi-weekly basis.
• To conduct site inspection with clients.
• Any other suitable task as and when assigned by the Sales Manager / Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales & Marketing.

Job Requirements

• Able to commit for 5 months.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in administrative/clerical position.
• Independent and attentive to details.

Job Description

The person is responsible for communicating with the customers/distributors on the solution needs and after-sales needs.

The job will require providing the quotation, sales follow, sales forecast,and sales presentation.

Generate and review sales quotations,order processing and invoicing.

Review customer sales orders,proposals, purchase orders, andrelated information.

Preparation of documents for sales operations, customer-related reports to management, sales and customersas required.

Generate price list for sales team,based on information from principals.

Monitor & update sales team with relevant information from principals.

Effectively engage with externalcustomers, suppliers, financiers andinternal colleagues including shipping,finance, technical, service, sales andmarketing, as required.

Provide admin support where necessary. e.g. filing, data entry,retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

Two years of relevant working experience in a manufacturingenvironment.

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.

Able to multi-task and work withminimal supervision.
