Main purpose of the job

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in marketing or a business-related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with database systems and CRM administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience in a marketing co-ordination, budget monitoring and team administration support role is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management and organisational organisation skills with excellent attention to details

Responsibilities:

• Internal Communication – To co-ordinate communication between outlet staff members, central kitchen, and the warehouse department.
• Manufacturing Planning – To review and modify the daily manufacturing orders sent to the Central Kitchen.
• Keying Orders – Receive our customer orders through email/whatsapp portals and entering them into our ERP system accurately.

Requirements:
