Job Description

Responsibilities

Sales and Client Engagement:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure and pitch sale projects.
2. Identify and source new business opportunities, including pitch presentations to potential clients
3. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely follow-up with clients.

Project Management:

1. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation with external clients and internal accounting servicing team & studio
2. Coordinate with clients, consultants/architects, subcontractors, and internal team to ensure project design/requirements and milestones are met.
3. Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to the Team and Director.
4. · Compile project reports & creative proposals
5. · Talking to strangers/clients/consumers in person or on the phone for research

Requirements

1. · Diploma in related field
2. · Experience in Digital Marketing or any other similar roles-Degree in marketing, communications, or any other
3. relevant field
4. · Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, email marketing tools (autopilot, lemlist, etc)
5. · Minimum 1 years’ marketing management experience – with demonstrable expertise in digital marketing and 1 years of experience in good proven sale records
