Job Responsibilities:
· Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
· Set sales targets, forecast revenues, and track performance against goals.
· Manage a team of service engineers, sales engineer, and administrator.
· Ensure service engineers meet client’s expectations.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
· Provide leadership and guidance to sales organization.
· Collaborate with customers to identify business opportunities, provide technical support, and address concerns.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
· Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks related to sales operations, contracts, and customer engagements.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
· Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in sales and business development within the semiconductor industry.
· Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, including its products, technologies, and market trends.
· Understand semiconductor manufacturing process and able to identify needs and requirements of clients, and come out with proposal of solutions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers.
· Ability to set strategic goals, develop sales plans, and execute effective sales strategies.
· Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
· Customer-centric approach to identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions.
· Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the organization.
