Job Description:

1. Conduct overseas market development and expansion activities.

2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify potential customers, and support

the growth of existing accounts.

3. Execute the company's marketing strategies and develop regional market plans in line with

objectives.

4. Provide accurate insights into market trends, shifts in demand, competitor activity, and

customer feedback.

5. Participate in both domestic and overseas exhibitions and conduct customer visits

internationally.

As a Process and Digital Consultant, you will identify the areas of process improvement and drive digital topics, along with supporting the organization in identifying the system or process issues and consulting on the solutions end-to-end on a daily basis.

You will:

• Discuss with business users, customers and identify the pain points and provide solutions - SAP, Digital, or PowerBI.
• Conduct workshops and continuously improve the Business processes.
• You will also be required to support Data driven initiatives, S/4 Rollout projects and other digital projects as and when require.
• Identify the opportunity of new digital solutions and market trends.
• Ensure you understand the market trends and business targets and bring ideas and solutions.
• Define KPIs, build Dashboards and reports with Celonis, Power-BI etc. for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, IT or similar.
• Minimum 6 years of Experience in SAP consulting.
• Deep Knowledge in any one of the Process Areas: Order-to-Cash, Source-to-pay and logistics.
• Strong knowledge in Data analytics tool by Power-Bi, Red-Lake and Celonis.
• Knowledge about new digital trends & motivation to learn.
• Good project management skills with experience in PM Tools.
• Strong team player with an adapting and open mindset for changing on fast-moving environments.
• Willingness to work with cross functional teams in an international environment.
• Strong presentation and coordination skill.
• Very good language skills in English.
• Key strength require for this role is to identify the Process improvement areas and execution of the improvement.

Additional information

Responsibilities:

• Sales of Cabling and Security Systems (ie. CCTV, PA system, access control, alarm/ intrusion detection, ELV systems, electrical power points, network and data structured cabling, and network infrastructure).
• Proactively identify prospects in the market, follow up, and secure sales order
• Be responsible and accountable for sales targets by meeting sales target within agreed timeline
• Abide to the Company’s internal work processes & documentation
• Provide market feedback on product improvement to the Management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

The Assistant Marketing Manager will assist the Marketing Manager in overseeing the marketing aspects in the Singapore market. He/She will also require reporting and communicating the market activities to the marketing teams in China.

Job Scope

• Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
• Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
• Design and oversee digital marketing plans including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
• Articulate value propositions for both online and offline collaterals to raise consumer awareness and influence consumer preference for our product/menu offerings
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
