We are looking for a Dynamic and Result-Driven Digital Sales Team Lead to lead and drive the performance of a team of 4 Digital Sales Consultants. This role will focus on optimising lead conversion strategies, improving call pitch effectiveness, and ensuring team success in achieving enrolment targets.

Full-Time

• ~$4,500 monthly salary ($3,000-$3500 base pay with commission)

Responsibilities

As a Digital Sales Team Lead, you will

• Lead and manage a team of 4 Digital Sales Consultants, setting performance goals and tracking results.
• Create and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and team efficiency.
• Develop and refine call scripts and pitches to improve lead conversion rates and align with digital marketing campaigns.
• Train and coach the team on communication, sales techniques, and upselling strategies.
• Track and monitor call metrics (e.g., lead conversion rates, call volumes, revenue) using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with digital marketing team to ensure Facebook campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
• Partly perform Digital Sales Consultant role as trial to suggested strategies (ie. Engage Facebook Leads via WhatsApp and Calls to convert into Sales).

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading a call or sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of lead conversion strategies and experience improving call-based performance.

Job Descriptions

Responsible for establishing relationships with Corporate Accounts in the APAC region (hereinafter referred to as "Accounts") and understanding Accounts’ business situations and supply chain challenges.

Focused industries for Accounts:

Automotive (including motorcycle and construction machinery), High-tech (including semi-conductor, electric components, and Home Appliance), Foods and Healthcare.

• Responsible for solution proposals based on understandings of Accounts' supply chain challenges (including suggestions for business development both internally and externally).
• Responsible for acquisition of proposed opportunities for Accounts and support in implementing acquired projects with each Yamato Group Subsidiaries.
• Responsible for handling and summarizing responses to RFQs and bids for Accounts, as well as negotiations with them.

Job Requirements

Regional sales experiences and knowledge in the Automotive Industry, Semi-Conductor Industry or E-Commerce.
