Role description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, Marketing & Media at Cabinet Inc located in Thomson. Reporting to the Lead, Marketing & Media, He/She will be responsible for the marketing (sales) of the full scope of Cabinet services with a focus on event planning, communication and event management.

Qualifications

Relevant skillset in Marketing & sales, Event Planning, Event Management

Excellent communication

Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Experienced in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field

This position reports to the Director,. To recruit more resellers and increases retail customers , thereby increasing sales revenue for the company, Monthly sales forecasting and working with marketing manager for marketing activities to drive sales and achieve sales target

Individual to be involved in:

1. Recruit new potential resellers and follow up with existing customers to increase increase.

2. Forecasting sales and budgeting for inventory stock

3. Understanding company's products, customers's requirement and offer solutions for their problems.

4. Work with marketing to launch promotions , workshop to improve sales.

(through workshops, events).

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibility is to process reservation requests for Marriott's global guests who are staying in Marriott's global brands of hotels.

Job summary

1. Process reservation requests and support of basic loyalty and customer care requests.
2. Handle incoming contacts for Marriott brands and assist customers with their booking needs or questions through voice and email channels.
3. Create an effortless experience and build raving brand fans by answering questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations to support our overall vision to be the world’s favorite travel company.
4. Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
5. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines and case management.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and a sales driven role.

1. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Korean (in order to handle enquiries and requests from English and Korean speaking guests)
2. Competent in multi-tasking
3. Goal oriented and enjoys interacting with customer
4. Experience in hospitality/travel industry, contact center environment or sales or customer service will be an advantage
5. Fresh diploma or ITE graduates are welcomed as training will be provided.
