Job Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for championing B2B marketing efforts, digital marketing initiatives, and building a stronger brand for Koh Bus in Singapore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Lead the B2C and B2B branding and trade promotion activities

· Work closely together with management to innovate and generate new marketing initiatives

· Oversee all marketing campaigns for the organization

· Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services

· Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies

· Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns

· Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure

· Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or Diploma holders with relevant experiences (Interns and Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

· Possess good verbal, written, and presentation skills

· Possess good project management skills and multi-tasking capability

· Excellent communication skills and an effective team player

We are looking for a part-time Marketing Associate to coordinate the company's marketing and advertising initiatives. The key responsibilities include managing materials on our website, and managing ad campaigns and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage website contents to ensure information are up-to-date.

· Manage marketing channels and online ad campaigns to ensure good outreach.

· Develop marketing materials such as brochures, posters, newsletters, presentation slides, templates, etc.

Requirements:

· Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.

· Work experience in marketing (digital and traditional), communications, advertising, or a related field.

· Experience in managing Google Ad campaigns.

· Experience in the photonics industry is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, design and website management.

· Good command of English. Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative, independent and detail-oriented.

Job Description:

• Ensure store shelves are well-stocked at all times by conducting regular stock-take and raise order requests accordingly

Responsibilities:

• Improve Service Blueprint of retail outlets, identify as well as propose areas for improvements
• Conceptualise concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns on social media and website (Facebook & Instagram)
• Propose social media content, creative photo/ video shoots and schedules
• Produce copywriting, creative photo/video shoot for marketing campaign to boost sales and drive brand awareness
• Propose graphics, animations, gifs or video for marketing collaterals, social media platforms and website
• Competitor analysis and monitoring results of content on social media platforms to identify trends
• Content Creation and Marketing Materials:
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, videos, and blog posts.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

Minimum qualifications:

• Presently enrolled in a full-time Diploma or Bachelor program that is related to either business, marketing or branding
• Proficient in Video, Animation and Graphic editing tools not limited to Adobe Illustrator, Fireworks, InDesign, Premiere Pro and Photoshop is a plus
• Good foundation or high interest in Digital Marketing, Social Marketing, Video editing, Copywriting, Animation and Graphic Editing is a plus
• Be able to complete 6 months of internship with the company
• Ability to speak and write in English and Chinese fluently

Obtaining new clients and maintaining existing customers Effectively and efficiently fielding and qualifying interest from lead generation and digital canvassing Preparing sale quotations and arranging appointments (Online and offline appointments) Maintaining and achieving customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets Creating win-win solutions for clients and establishing long-term partnerships Sharing sales-related or market information internally and externally Manage the day-to-day sales and partner relationships on a portfolio of domestic accounts Maximize revenue with each partner via title sell-in, price-discounted promotions, content licensing agreement compliance and constant aligning of priorities Monitor monthly remittance statement to ensure that all royalty payments are valid based on content licensing agreements Lead quarterly, bi-annual and annual strategic business reviews with accounts Create monthly sales pitch presentation and other pitch materials Communicate internal sales updates to entire Global Sales & Distribution division via weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports Generate post-mortem recaps, analyzing success of new release campaigns, catalog promotions and monthly stunts Execute directives from team, department and divisional leads
