Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

• Analyse market data to provide actionable insights for the marketing team.

Customer Insights:

• Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and questionnaires to gather customer feedback.
• Translate customer data into strategies to improve product positioning and marketing effectiveness.

Competitor Analysis:

• Research competitor strategies, pricing, and customer engagement tactics.
• Prepare detailed competitor analysis reports and recommend strategies for A2000's competitive advantage.

Content Preparation:

• Create and refine marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, email campaigns, and infographics.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing content that aligns with A2000’s branding.

Design Support:

• Assist in designing promotional materials, including posters, banners, and digital ads.

Collaborative Efforts:

• Contribute to the preparation of reports, case studies, and presentations for internal and external use.

Content and Presentation:

• Prepare professional, data-backed reports and presentations for stakeholder engagement.
• Assist in drafting scripts, storyboards, and layouts for marketing videos or webinars.

Process Improvement:

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in market research, content creation, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Assistant to join our team. As a Market Research Assistant, you'll assist in conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research using various methods (online surveys, focus groups, competitor analysis)

2. Gather and analyze data from primary and secondary sources

3. Identify market trends, patterns, and insights

4. Create reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings

The Finance and Admin intern will support the efficient and effective financial and operational management of the organisation, as well as impact organisations in our network.

1. Assist with processing the approval and payment of invoices, reimbursement claims, and payroll, for ActSEA as well as impact organisations in our network.
2. Support the accurate and timely entry of financial transactions and compilation of supporting documents into Google Sheets, NocoDB, and/or Quickbooks for ActSEA as well as impact organisations in our network.
3. Work with team and project leads at ActSEA to prepare budgets and update and analyse financial projections
4. Support the preparation of financial statements for grants and projects.
5. Assist with collecting, compiling, analysing and presenting basic data on the organisational and project level to support informed decision-making.
