To assist the Managing Director in driving sales and marketing strategies, contributing to business growth and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead B2B sales initiatives and strategy execution across various sectors, working closely with the Managing Director.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, specifically with SMEs in Singapore.
• Strong portfolio of established industry contacts, leads, and prospects within the Singapore market.
• Manage lead generation, pre-sales, and business development activities to secure new business opportunities.
• Execute cold calls and presentations to decision-makers, promoting the company's products and services.
• Oversee current client accounts, focusing on retention and driving additional sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Provide compelling product demonstrations, leveraging expertise in business process management.
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions and proof of concepts, based on customers’ unique business processes.
• Develop and maintain new revenue channels with external partners and parties.
• Take charge of multi-tasking marketing and communication activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Work with regional management teams to ensure the achievement of financial and operational objectives.
• Identify market trends and drive business opportunities, ensuring the company’s market position is strengthened.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in selling to SMEs in Singapore.
• Expertise in B2B digital marketing and campaign management.
• Proven track record in managing a portfolio of industry contacts, leads, and prospects.
• Strong experience in lead generation, client retention, and business development.
• Background in software sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Skilled in making presentations and negotiating with decision-makers at all levels.
• Knowledgeable in business process management and able to work with technical teams effectively.
• Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
