- Coordinate & handle customer related issues (customer service, service recovery, after-sales support, business concerns & payment)
- Manage & follow up enquiries from customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide excellent customer support and resolve issues
- Assist in sourcing of new opportunities, including cold calling and networking
- Work with internal teams to address operational issues and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process for our customers
- Generate sales quotations and sales report
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Training will be provided
Job Requirements
- At least 1-year relevant working experience
- Knowledge of using MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint...), outlook
- Self-motivated and ability to perform under pressure, able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, positive working attitude, willing to learn, team player
- Good command in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
