• Proactively identify and secure new customer accounts and explore new business opportunities.
• Detect sales shortfalls and collaborate with the manager to develop strategies to address these gaps.
• Keep track of competitor activities and deliver a monthly report.
• Regularly visit customers to gauge their needs and strengthen customer retention and relationships.
• Formulate and implement channel strategies to meet sales goals.
• Generate sales that adhere to assigned targets and monthly performance indicators.
• Plan and carry out promotions in outlets to achieve trade excellence.
• Consistently service stores according to specified coverage.
• Manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), debt collection, and address any long-standing issues as necessary.
• Initiate new outlets and respond to sales queries.
• Undertake additional duties as delegated by the superior and the company.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure punctual delivery.
• Oversee and track customer payments.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
