Step into a pivotal role as a Sales Specialist, where you’ll be the first hire in the sales function of a growing organization. This is your chance to shape the foundation of a sales strategy while driving growth across multiple brands.


The Role…

As a key contributor, you’ll:

• Drive Sales: Lead initiatives to boost enrollments, secure donations, and promote product sales across multiple brands.
• Engage Customers: Connect with customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their needs, close sales, upsell, and retain loyalty.
• Leverage Technology: Use HubSpot CRM to manage customer data, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing and product teams to align efforts, develop sales materials, and enhance customer journeys.
• Deliver Results: Monitor sales performance, optimize strategies, and exceed targets through upselling, cross-selling, and customer feedback.

Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, coordinating with other departments for smooth operations, and staying informed about industry trends and product knowledge.

• Experience: At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience in any industry.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel and experienced with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

Summary:

• 6 days, 8am-5pm (Monday - Saturday)

Job Scope:

• Seek out new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visits
• Perform price negotiation with customers based on the established Company’s guidelines
• Perform forecasting to ensure availability of stocks
• Liaise closely and promptly, and to provide excellent service and support to customer’s requests, complaints and enquiries
• Work closely with internal teams ensuring all logistics and operations aspects are met for the customers.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the sales, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry, and proven relevant track record of outstanding sales performance

• Proven track record to initiate and develop a sales strategy to key accounts

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Position Summary:

We are looking for top talent to join our team of professionals.

The Role:

• Identify new business opportunities, develop and follow up new leads
• Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails and any other medias.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing Customers.
• Establish good partnership with global electronics traders and manufacturers
• Monitor market trend.
• Manage the entire sales process from managing customers’ request for quotation, closure of deals and monitoring of prompt shipments.
• Develop strong relationship with customers and continuously strives to exceed customer expectations.

Ideal Profile:

• At least 2 -3 years’ experience in sales role, ideally in Semiconductor industry or related industry with Franchise distributor, OEM, EMS, & ID knowledge of electronic components.
• Able to handle cold calls.
• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
• Self- starter. Hardworking, self-driven, willingness to learn and able to take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
