JOB SUMMARY

To coordinate and collaborate, monitor and patrol all logistics 3PLs to ensure smooth operation and reliability in the Group’s operation. Resolves and report day-to-day operation issues or customers complaints if any. Provide guidance to less experienced members of the team. Back-up and assist the Logistics Manager on any other ad-hoc assignments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree holder in any field with at least 3-4 year(s) of relevant working experience in Ordering processing and logistics function
• Skilled in SAP/ERP SD and MM modules preferred
• ISO9001 Internal Audit Certification preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Handle & process of sales orders based on customer’s requirements
• Perform timely data inputs and updates
• Coordinates Logistics Operation, arrange inventory allocation, monitor and ensure all orders are duly delivered to customer within a stipulated operation turnaround time.
• Liaise on product availability with overseas counterparts, planners, shipment arrangement with 3rd PL, warehouse and customers

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering/Materials Science/Physics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solution sales, preferably in the metrology industry or scientific industry
• Understanding of semiconductor processes especially for laboratory equipment use for failure analysis, quality control and metrology equipment for thin film.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
