Job Responsibility:
· Build, Maintain and enhance good relationships with existing and new customers.
· Implement FIFO to ensure product rotation and check on near expired stock regularly to minimize return.
· To achieve the agreed sales target set by the company.
· Monitor and recommend the optimal stock holding level to retailers to avoid out of stock or over stock.
· Able to understand basic selling procedures.
· Manage the payment process & comply with company’s payment policy.
· Manage the itinerary given and to ensure that all outlets allocated per day are being serviced.
· Deliver professional and quality sales and after-sales services.
· Be able to communicate to retailers on the trade activities & mechanics.
· Provide feedback on sales/operation issues, competitors promotion/pricing and market sentiments.
Key Requirement:
· GCE “N” Level Certificate or equivalent
· Possess at least 2 to 3 years of experience in General Trade (e.g. Mini Mart & Provision Shop)
· Able to work under pressure.
· Strong communication and Customer service skills
· Able to work independently with a positive attitude.
· Posses own Vehicle with Class 3 driving license or Bike.
