Main Responsibilities:

• Being a brand ambassador reflecting the company core values
• Ensuring the very best levels of customer service; Offering a personal shopping and styling experience to our clients.
• Selling, directing and driving sales.
• Delivering the monthly and seasonal sales targets and working closely with the team to do so.
• Share weekly sales report and insights with the team
• Ensuring that customers are added to the Database.
• Maintaining a Customer book of key customers and VIP’s.
• Working closely with the Operations team to ensure healthy stock levels

Requirements:

• Passion for People, Design, Jewellery and Gemstones with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate a high degree of maturity and integrity.
