Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, executing, and directing sales activities in local market to achieve sales objectives.
• Target channel: HORECA Trade
• Work closely with the marketing team and customers to coordinate and effectively execute marketing activities to generate higher sales volume
• Analyse and develop strategic planning to identify sales gaps
• Responsible for product promotion's proposal submission, negotiation, and execution
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major customers
• Drive sales and marketing objectives by developing and executing advertising and programs; creating sales action plans
• Continually monitors market, customer, and competitor developments
• Assisting collection of AR when required
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary
• Excellent customer service with communication and negotiation skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG Sales / Marketing / Brand Management
• Trade background in the food service industry will be highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Validate and create ordering data
• Ensure data are correct based on logics provided
• Monitor and track vendor approved discount for order processing
• Create SAP Materials and Templates
• Provide ordering template to sales for order processing
• Timely submission of ordering template
• General office management

Requirements:

• A level, Diploma and above
• Prior working experiece as Sales Admin & SAP knowledge
