We are a fast-growing Pet/aquarium supplies company. You will be in charge of generating and closing sales leads, building customer loyalty, and meeting sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationship with the retailers and increase product offerings and shelf presence
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Provide product training to staff in the stores
• Meet/exceed sales targets.
• Participate in roadshows and promotional events to create company/product awareness and generate sales.
• Collaborate with Marketing on marketing efforts and promotions, and execute them with the retailers
• Process customers’ purchase orders and liaising with Logistics team.
• Work with Accounts to ensure timely collection of sales proceeds from customers.

Qualifications:

• At least a GCE 'O' level certificate
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role
• Must possess Class 3/3A Driving license

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.

Website Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the e-commerce website, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
• Implement improvements to website design, navigation, and functionality.

Traffic and Conversion:

• Work closely with our Marketing Team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
• Manage online advertising, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.

Inventory and Fulfillment:

• Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend restocking strategies.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize web analytics tools to track key performance metrics and produce regular reports.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve online sales and user experience.

Customer Experience:

• Monitor customer feedback and resolve any online shopping issues promptly.
• Enhance the overall online shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and lead a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years e-commerce managerial experience or in a similar capacity.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry. Preferable in Retail / Related indsutries.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and web development.

· Plan, design & content creation for social media and websites (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Instagram, YouTube etc.)

· Manage and update social media accounts & company’s website

· Assist to design and prepare marketing promotional presentations and EDM

Job Requirements

· Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or any other graphics manipulation software)

• To drive performance for specific lines, working closely with Field Sales to achieve supplier objective as well as ensure a high conversion rate for RFQ.
• Establish & maintain strong supplier relationships for competitive pricing support, delivery support, product application & design-in goals / pipelines.
• Work with Field Sales (if any) and arrange joint visits to customers for Field Sales & Suppliers to increase mutual understanding & identify business opportunities.
• Consolidate quality market information from different sources, compile analytical reports and/or data as a reference for Management.
