· Promote sales of new pumps / replacements, spare parts (i.e., pump parts and mechanical seals) and maintenance contracts, to new and existing customers.

· Attend promptly to enquiries and understand customers’ needs in order to fulfil their requirements.

· Validate on commercial and technical requirements before generating quotations to customers, with close follow-ups up till quotation status being closed.

· Assist Sales Manager in strategic planning and statics collection for the sales progress.

· Correspond with factories, KSB companies and contractors / dealers for support; in relation with terms of price, technical support / service, and delivery.

· Utilise and update CRM (C4C) database on registered products to installed base and customer visits records.

· Ensure proper handover of purchase order (in terms of technical and commercial with supporting document / costing sheet) to sales admin for order processing.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by HOD.

Working through travel agencies, online travel agencies (OTAs), and other distribution platforms, you will work with the team to enhance the Resort’s exposure and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate distribution strategies to optimize the Resort's distribution across travel agencies, OTAs, and other booking platforms. You will also identify new opportunities for expanding our market reach and increasing revenue.
• Build relations with travel partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, and online travel platforms. As part of this role, you will need to ensure that distribution channels are effectively utilized.
• Collaborate with the revenue management team to align distribution strategies with pricing and inventory management. In performing this role, you will need to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and distribution performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Design and execute promotional campaigns and special offers in collaboration with travel partners to drive bookings and increase visibility.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for driving the Resort’s revenue through formulating and executing effective sales strategies and programs for our events like Weddings and Banquets.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the Sales and Marketing team, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing an effective sales strategy to achieve our revenue targets for our events like Weddings and Banquets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions.
• Achieve the Resort’s revenue targets by selling the Resort’s various offerings, including Weddings and Banquets etc.
• The Sales Manager will also assist in preparing and presenting sales projections and reports. In doing this, the incumbent is to consider the latest industry and market trends which will be done through conducting market research.
• Prepare and manage budgets for events, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of our Resort.
• Work closely together with different teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort. Pre-opening experience would be advantageous.
