• To build market share and establish market awareness
• To build good rapport with M&E consultants, M&E contractors and Fire contractors for Commercial and Industrial segments
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Previous working experience in Fire Protection Systems
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

We are looking for a Sales Executive/Engineer to drive the sales of electronic components for our client a leading regional Electronics Components distributor. You will manage existing client relationships while expanding our customer base from multinational corporations to small and medium enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compelling technical presentations on our products and services to customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to assess customer requirements and provide effective sales support.
• Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up on initial contacts, secure and renew orders, negotiate pricing, and coordinate deliveries.
• Research and recommend products that align with customer needs.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify areas for improvement and communicate these insights, along with potential solutions, to management.
• Prepare detailed quotations and submit technical and sales reports.
• Set and achieve ambitious sales goals and quotas.
• Travel regionally for business as needed.

Requirements:

• A degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales within the electronics or semiconductor components industry, ideally with semiconductor distribution.
• Strong understanding of the local and regional electronics market, from multinational companies to SMEs.
• A personable demeanor with a patient approach to customer interactions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Confident negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to meeting company goals.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
