* Familiarity with inverter design principles, maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technology, and power conversion efficiency.
* Experience with electrical codes and safety standards relevant to PV systems (e.g., IEC, NEC).
Sales Skills:
* Proven experience in technical sales or B2B sales.
* Ability to identify and qualify potential customers within the solar energy industry (installers, developers, utilities).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain technical concepts to customers.
* Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure sales contracts.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
Additional Requirements:
* Understanding of the solar energy market trends and competitor landscape.
* Experience with solar energy project bidding and proposal preparation (a plus).
* Excellent technical writing skills for preparing proposals and reports.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer meetings (may be required).
Desired Skills:
