1 Research & Information

1.1 Conduct market feasibility survey for potential landlord car parks and information on competitors.

1.2 Monitoring and responding to competitive developments.

1.3 Initiate and co-ordinate market information.

1.4 Source, collate, analyse and update of relevant market data on industry and competitor analysis.

2 Customer Service Administration

2.1 Prepare for quotations request and attend to all related queries.

2.2 Preparation of sales confirmation.

2.3 Take down sales orders.

2.4 Provide administrative support.

2.5 Promote and coordinate advertising space for customers.

3 Monthly and Weekly Reporting

3.1 Prepare/compile monthly & weekly reports.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the vegetable, fresh produce, FMCG, F&B, Hospitality, or related industry

Key Responsibilities:

Building Relationships:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Vegetable Knowledge and Development:

• To identify target customers from FMCG, Hotels, and F&B sectors.
• Familiar with all types of vegetables. (Training will be provided)

Reporting and Performance Metrics:

• Be able to work according to the management's performance target.
• Track and report sales performance and results.
• Continuously improve sales performance and results.

Requirements for Skills and Qualifications:

• Secondary or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the local vegetable/F&B/FMCG market.
• Experience with sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Be able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Multilingual will be an advantage as this position will deal with various type of stakeholders.
