- Support the Project Manager in planning and managing project activities, including scheduling tasks and assigning resources.
Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, such as contracts, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
Help prepare project proposals, bids, and tenders.
- Act as a point of contact between the project team and external parties, ensuring clear communication.
Schedule and organize meetings, site visits, and inspections, preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
- Track project timelines and identify potential delays or issues, suggesting solutions as needed.
Assist with project logistics, including equipment rentals, material deliveries, and site access.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, invoices, and receipts.
Assist with budget tracking and implement cost control measures.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any related field
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in any construction field or related
- Minimum 2 years of M&E background
- Have experience in ACMV
