He/she works closely with the company’s executives, management, and various departments to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Counsel: Provide expert legal advice and counsel to corporate clients on a variety of legal issues affecting the business.
• Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, such as partnership agreements, licensing agreements, employment contracts, and vendor contracts.
• Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles and regulations, including advising on board meetings, corporate resolutions, and bylaws.

Requirements
