Job Scopes & Responsibilities
· Identifies business opportunities and potential customer’s needs.
· Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and service improvements.
· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge establishing personal networks
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Visit potential customers for new business
· Identify new market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends to team
· Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
· Must act as a bridge between the company and customer.
· Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
· Review own performance and aim at exceeding personal targets.
· Provide accurate feedback on sales forecast and planning
· Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs
· Negotiate prices and variations in prices and specifications
· Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products
· Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information
Key Skills and Qualification
· Experience in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering. Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in relevant field. Working experience in Sheet Metal is preferred.
· Able to travel and work independently.
· Ability to read and interpret drawings an advantage.
· Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Prefer A manager who have experience in Medical Line( sheet metal medical machine or equipment)
