We are a leading company focusing on new energy cold chain trucks, dedicated to providing customers with efficient, environmentally friendly and safe cold chain logistics solutions. We are looking for a Channel Sales Director who is responsible for developing and managing channel partners nationwide to achieve sales targets and brand promotion.
The main responsibilities of the Channel Sales Director are as follows:
- Formulate and execute channel sales strategy, and establish stable cooperative relationships with distributors, agents, leasing companies, etc. at all levels.
- Analyse market demand and competitive situation, formulate and adjust channel policies and pricing strategies to improve channel efficiency and profitability.
- Expanding new channel resources, looking for potential customers and project opportunities, increasing market share and brand awareness.
- Train and coach channel partners to improve their sales capabilities and service levels, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Regularly collect and feedback market information and customer feedback, solve channel partners' problems and complaints in a timely manner, and maintain a good cooperative relationship.
- Coordinate the company's internal resources to support channel partners' marketing activities, product display, after-sales service, etc.
Requirements for Channel Sales Director are as follows:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, automotive engineering, logistics management and other related majors.
- More than 5 years of channel sales management experience in new energy vehicle or cold chain logistics industry, with strong market insight and business development ability.
- Familiar with the product characteristics, market demand, policies, and regulations of new energy cold chain vehicles, etc., with strong product promotion and programme design capability.
- Good communication and coordination skills, team management skills, customer relationship management skills, able to effectively deal with a variety of complex situations.
- Dedication, innovation, sense of responsibility and execution, able to withstand greater work pressure.
- Able to travel and have a driving licence.
