- Visualize and summarize distributors requests for fleet / ad-hoc orders to ensure production supply
- Visit distributor and dealers regularly to gather feedback from frontline and improve forecast accuracy
- Monitor sales achievement daily/monthly and discuss countermeasure with Distributor or Function team to bridge the gap.
