Job Description
1. Research and Analysis:
· Market Research: Understand the market, competitors, and target audience.
· SWOT Analysis: Identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats
2. Planning:
· Objective Setting: Define what the campaign intends to achieve (e.g., increase brand awareness, generate leads, boost sales).
· Budgeting: Allocate financial resources for various campaign activities.
· Strategy Development: Determine the overall approach, including messaging, channels, and tactics.
· Target Audience: Clearly define the target demographic or audience personas.
3. Campaign Development:
· Creative Development: Create the content and designs for the campaign (ads, social media posts, email templates, landing pages, etc.).
· Media Planning: Decide on the distribution channels (digital, print, broadcast, social media, etc.) and schedule for releasing campaign materials.
· Technology and Tools: Set up the necessary tools for campaign execution (e.g., email automation, social media management tools, analytics platforms).
4. Execution:
· Campaign Launch: Release the campaign materials according to the planned schedule.
· Monitoring: Keep an eye on the campaign's performance in real-time to make adjustments as needed.
5. Measurement and Analysis:

Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing Manager
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
- Good communication and networking skills
- Understand commercial trends & marketing strategies
- Team player and able to work under pressure & fast pace
- Excelletn interpersonal skills
