What You'll Do

· Assist with client onboarding and maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

· Coordinate with distributors, third-party manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery.

· Keep detailed records of contracts, agreements, and correspondence to support operational efficiency.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns and promotions for international markets.

What We're Looking For

· Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Experience: Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role preferred.

· Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Netsuite). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional language skills are a plus.
