· Maintenance and Compliance: Conduct preventive and corrective works on the listed equipment, ensuring compliance to relevant standards and procedures.

· Process Improvement: Act as an essential team member by actively contributing to the enhancement of measurement processes.

Job Description

· Training and Specialization: Training provided to specialize in clean room operations which is critical to maintain product quality.

· Hands-On role: On the job training and operating equipment the clean room. The equipment includes:

◦ Slot Dies Machines

◦ Vacuum Drying Equipment

◦ Infrared Heating Machine

· Maintenance and Compliance: Conduct preventive and corrective works on the listed equipment, ensuring compliance to relevant standards and procedures.

· Process Improvement: Act as an essential team member by actively contributing to the enhancement of production processes.

· Problem Solving: Solve practical problems with R&D and production team.

Requirements

· Diploma in Engineering.

· Able to work on-site at Singapore-west.

· Able to speak, write, read in English.

· Good hand-eyes coordination and fine motoring skills.

· Able to to carry around 20kg load for 2 minutes (There are works requires 2 men to transfer certain heavy parts to trolley. Safety measures is strictly implemented to avoid injury).

· No claustrophobia (There are works requires a man to go underneath the equipment. Safety measures is strictly implemented to avoid injury).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Execution of plant Predictive, Preventive Maintenance (PPM) works,
• Plant operational support and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Work, coordinate with and supervise the resident maintenance contractors (IE) according to the job plan and scheduled daily maintenance activities.
• Follow equipment maintenance procedures, code of practices, engineering procedures derived from AIP standards and compliance of SHE excellence related to his works.
• Utilize Maximo to maintain plant electrical and instrument spare parts.
• Maintain a complete and accurate plant maintenance records & report.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business and operation needs.

The Candidate should have:

• Diploma or NTC qualification in a technical or engineering discipline; an electrical or instrumentation discipline would be essential.
• Minimum of 5 years hands on maintenance experience in the refining or chemical process industries
• Good functional knowledge and experience in the maintenance of Process Equipment and Instrumentations.
• Good PC skills and understanding of electrical drawings, logic diagrams, programming, schematics, loop drawings and P&IDs.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-discipline and multi-cultural team in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Component Technician with 3 years of experience specializing in the overhaul of Automated Manual Transmissions (AMT) and truck air components with a focus on Japanese models.

• Overhaul and repair of AMT transmissions
  Able to perform complete overhauls of Automated Manual Transmissions (AMT), including disassembly, inspection, component replacement, and reassembly to manufacturer standards
• Overhaul on truck air system components
  Able to perform overhaul on truck air components such as air compressors, air brakes, and valves, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
• Able to utilize the diagnostic tools to identify issues in transmission systems and air system for accurate repairs will be an added advantage.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain detailed service records, including component testing, calibrations, and repairs.
• Compliance with company safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Technical school with 3 year working experience in the overhaul of Automated Manual Transmissions (AMT) and truck air components with a focus on Japanese models
• Able to read and write in English
• Proven experience in component repair, trouble shooting and measuring
• Possesses a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality standards
• Proven ability to work in team settings
