Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Execution of plant Predictive, Preventive Maintenance (PPM) works,
• Plant operational support and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Work, coordinate with and supervise the resident maintenance contractors (IE) according to the job plan and scheduled daily maintenance activities.
• Follow equipment maintenance procedures, code of practices, engineering procedures derived from AIP standards and compliance of SHE excellence related to his works.
• Utilize Maximo to maintain plant electrical and instrument spare parts.
• Maintain a complete and accurate plant maintenance records & report.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business and operation needs.

The Candidate should have:

• Diploma or NTC qualification in a technical or engineering discipline; an electrical or instrumentation discipline would be essential.
• Minimum of 5 years hands on maintenance experience in the refining or chemical process industries
• Good functional knowledge and experience in the maintenance of Process Equipment and Instrumentations.
• Good PC skills and understanding of electrical drawings, logic diagrams, programming, schematics, loop drawings and P&IDs.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-discipline and multi-cultural team in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Overhaul and repair of AMT transmissions
  Able to perform complete overhauls of Automated Manual Transmissions (AMT), including disassembly, inspection, component replacement, and reassembly to manufacturer standards
• Overhaul on truck air system components
  Able to perform overhaul on truck air components such as air compressors, air brakes, and valves, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
• Able to utilize the diagnostic tools to identify issues in transmission systems and air system for accurate repairs will be an added advantage.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain detailed service records, including component testing, calibrations, and repairs.
• Compliance with company safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

We are a Ship repair Service company. The job involves varying skill requirements to produce/make various mechanical parts and reconditioning works, which are to be performed off-site and/or on-site.

He will be responsible for machining, reconditioning, balancing and creating mechanical parts using various machinery.

Must work independently, effectively troubleshoot issues, and keenly observe detail.

Primary Responsibilities

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables or study sample parts to determine the machining operation to be performed and plan the best sequence of operations.

Compute dimensions and tolerances and measure and lay out work pieces.

Set up, operate and maintain various machine tools, including Conventional machine tools.

Conventional machining operations such as Gear cutting (advantages), Turning, Milling, Boring, Planning, Drilling, Precision grinding and other operations are used to perform precision.

Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.

Sets up and operates boring machines to bore, drill, tap, spot face, groove, mill, or ream metal workpieces according to specifications, tooling instructions, and standard charts, applying knowledge of boring procedures and machining methods.

Select and install appropriate tools based on job requirements. Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy

Inspect the completed workpieces using precision measuring tools such as micrometres, vernier callipers, and gauges.

Maintain a clean and organised work area and perform routine maintenance on machines.

Communicate with team members to ensure that production goals are met

Requirements

Technical or vocational training/trade certificate in the relevant field is preferred.

Must have a minimum of five years of experience in the relevant field.

Job Overview

Ensure the completion of maintenance tasks and provision of technical support while in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) and Quality policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating all external and in-house calibration, maintenance and repair of all utilities and manufacturing equipment/systems serving the entire manufacturing facility and the execution of all job orders by external vendors.
• Responsible for raising purchase requisition for vendors' services through local (Computerized Maintenance Management System) CMMS system.
• Establish good relationship with stakeholders not limited to external vendors/partners, manufacturing, utility, maintenance team.

• Implementation of continuous improvement project (Kaizen) and initiate change request to optimize maintenance/calibration activities if required.

• Knowledge in Maintenance and Calibration Processes and Standards.

Qualifications (education/experience/knowledge/skills/competencies)

• Candidates with 1-2 years hands-on maintenance working experience in Pharmaceutical or Chemical manufacturing and experience in project start-up will be preferred.
• Strong background in Operation and Maintenance of equipment and instruments in the production and utility area will be preferred.
• Experience in setting up SAP Maintenance Program, spare parts store, project start-up environment and safety procedures/practices is an added advantage.
