- Able to read engineering drawings
- Able to set up individual tools for machine operation in CNC Milling Machine
- Work accordingly to production plans and to maintain operational efficiency
- Able to carry out in-process measurements and to maintain product quality
- To develop individual tooling for CNC Milling Machine
- To generate and load NC program to designated CNC Milling Machine
- Able to problem solve and to make decisions to decrease cycle times and to increase efficiency
- To woek accordinly to Production Plan and to maintain operational efficiency
- Will be responsible for CNC Production Team performance and CNC Milling process
- Monitor process/ machines and to troubleshoot and report any deviations to respective personnels or to Senior Manager
- To maintain cleaniness according to the Company's 5S policy
- Maintain continuity among working teams by documenting and communicating
- Has preferably CNC Milling Machine and Precision Engineering background
- Has relevant experience in the metal fabrication, semi-conductor industry
